I am trying to delete the word 'busy' from my life and am now trying to replace it with the word 'full'. I love the idea of leading a full life, it has a much better ring to it than living a busy life.
In this fullness I love to create some 'ME TIME' - time to play my Didgeridoo, paint, sculpt, walk, read, daydream and just laze around in my hammock if I wish to.
To do this, a few things have to be in order. I need to let go of any guilt or any sense of not being worthy. I also have to make sure that I am not carrying any fear of what others may think about me having my 'ME TIME". If I start to worry about what others think, it will lessen my enjoyment of what i choose to do. It is often our subconscious mind that stops us from creating and having more 'ME TIME' and it is this that needs to be sorted out in order for us to have a much fuller, healthier and guiltless life.
So, this week I plan to challenge my subconscious mind and have a game of Golf, play some Didgeridoo, spend a few hours writing two of the several books that I have on the go and also get some body-work, perhaps a massage or some reflexology, from one of the people in the Health and Wellbeing Exchange Circle that I am part of.
So, what are you planning for your 'ME TIME' this week?
