From my 30 years of humanistic study, and 20 years as a therapist, I have come
to a place of absolute certainty, that these four aspects of life have a huge
effecton our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and wellbeing.

and have at the forefront of our mind, every single day!
The challenges of daily life
One of the major challenges we often have, is living life with a good balance of good healthy food,
exercise, mindfulness, mental clarity, spiritual focus, and staying fit and in good shape.
It usually means that the focus is not there - perhaps the will or desire is not there.
This is especially true if you are not in alignment with our Purpose, Direction, Passion, Vocation, Holistic Health.
Living a balanced life
You are more likely to get sick or have to deal with an illness or disease, or a body part losing its ability to operate properly (heart, liver, brain, legs, mind, etc) if you do not pay attention and do what needs to be done to
prevent any of this. Having one's Purpose, Direction, Passion, Vocation, Holistic Health on track is a good preventative measure to put in place. This means you have to pay attention and do something!

MY OWN PURPOSE AND PASSION STATEMENT
My Purpose and Passion is to help bring more consciousness to the planet,
and to support and inspire people to live their life full of Purpose, Passion, and Joy.
I deliver this through my writing, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, and teaching,
and by choosing to live this life for myself as much as I am able to do so …

So, who am I?
First and foremost, I am a man who loves to a get as much as I can from life. I love to create and explore, to challenge and be challenged, to inspire and be inspired, to teach and be taught.
I work as an Observer, Student, Teacher, and Therapist of Human Behaviour. This has come about most prominantly, from my 30 years of study, training, work, and iniatives with 'Anthroposophy' and the work of Rudolf Steiner. (See below for more details).
I deliver my gifts, passion, skills, experiences, wisdom, and therapuetic guidance as an Inspirational Author, Coach, Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Holistic Health and Wellbeing Expert, and Professional Speaker. I love to support people in looking after, and investing in, their greatest asset - their own health and wellbeing, which is expanded by them connecting to, and living more fully with, a Purposeful, Directional, Passionate, and Vocational focus.
From 1998 - 2006, I studied to become a Psychosophist (an Anthroposophically based Soul/Spiritual Counsellor and Psychotharapist), studying at Persephone College International in Australia and South Africa (2003-2005), receiving an Advanced Diploma.
Psychosophy* is the term used to discribe someone (like Adrian) who works with the Psychology of the Body, Soul, and Spirit within the framework of Anthroposophy (the study of humankind).
I'm also the Director of The Blue Wren Foundation (my charity organisation working with Relationship Education for men (and women)) and Co-Director of The Corporate Alchemist Project (health, wellbeing and peak performance guidance for business leaders and executives). It is from these two platforms that I deliver most of my coaching, counselling, workshops, and training.
I has over 20 years of experience working as a Psychosophist - 'Psychophonetics' Holistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, a Leading Edge Master-Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer (Certificate 4 Workplace Training & Assessment (2000)). I love to focus on helping people bring more Focus, Presence, Passion, Purpose, and Joy into their lives, so they can live life to the full in a more authentic and conscious way.
This is my focus and passion, and this hopefully comes across in the way in which I write, connect, and work with people and in the way in which I live my own life - authentically and consciously (as much as I can!)

I measure life with 10 key 'Life Aspects'. These life aspects include the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual along with several other aspects (financial, creative, social, vocational, sexual, and intimate). Always working from your initial ‘Wish’ or ‘Objective’, I work closely with you to get real and lasting results. This is achieved by following a process of ‘Vision - Plan - Action’ and using a range of coaching and psychotherapeutic resources and processes I have studied, learned, adapted, or created over the past 20 years of working in this field.
Without being to egotistical, I try to sum myself up in a few words: Wise - Present - Joyous - Courageous - Authentic. Exploring and finding ways to live in a healthier, new, and more focused, meaningful, purposeful, magical, and consciousness way is the new paradigm for all of us – here is an opportunity for you to do this.

CHARITY WORK
I have been running for the Darkness 2 Daylight run for several years now. Together with my running mate Daryl, I ran through the month of May in 2021 (covering 124 k's) with an added All-Nighter on the Gold Coast in May 2022 of 81 k's! We will be running again in 2023! I also offer my services as an MC and Auctioneer to charities. I have done this a couple of times for Destiny Rescue, a charity that helps to stop child sex trafficking. These events are a great way to help raise much needed funds to run 'raids' to rescue the children ...

My family
I'm 59 years young and live on the Gold Coast in Australia. I have been married twice, and from these two partners I have been blessed with a blended family of six adult children (35-23 years old). I also have four very cute grand-daughters (12, 10, 9 and 5 and two god-daughters (22 and 20). My wife Arleen is a Life Alignment therapist and teacher of 27 years.
Personal and spiritual path
For the past 30 years, I have had a deep interest in the work of Rudolf Steiner and what he termed - 'Anthroposophy'; which simply means - The Study and Knowledge of Man (People). From this, I base my core work to help and support people on their life journey. I am committed to expanding myself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually (and all other aspects of life) so I too can be a more conscious and present person and offer my services much more thoroughly and consciously. Through some more formal study, I have received Certificate 4 in Anthroposophical Studies.
A bit of history - although there is much more to tell and share ...
As a young child Ilived in a small village in the Cotswold's in England where playing and exploring in nature was what I loved to do. It was here that I gained my first validated (by my Primary school teacher) 'spiritual' experience.
During part of my teen years I expressed myself as a wild Punk Rocker and had a wild ride with drugs and alcohol for a few years. I then took a big step and travelled overseas from the UK into Europe at the age of 19 and began to change and expand my outlook on life as I ventured into other more positive, interesting and fulfilling journeys of self-discovery and empwerment. At the age of 24, after almost four years of living in West Berlin, I met my first wife and soon afterwards arrived with her in Tasmania, Australia - what a contrast that was!
Across Europe, Africa and AustraliaI I have worked with thousands of people from all walks of life; including: people living on the streets, in drug rehabilitation centres, in rural villages and farms, in big and small businesses and corporations, with children and staff in schools and at a village community orphanage called Botshabelo.
Key passions
My 3 key life passions are Writing, Travelling, and Teaching.
I write articles for magazines, have published several books, including my first novel, and have been a co-author in others. I have several more books in the pipe-line. You can purchase my books in the 'Shop'.
Other passions
I'm very interested in metaphysical/spiritual/esoteric work and studies. Over the past few years I have started to teach more frequently in these fields to support 'students' looking for a safe metaphysical/spiritual/personal development pathway in their own lives. Finding and working with a 'Spiritual Teacher' is what I believe to be so missing in this current time. Offering this service is something I particularly love to do.
I also love to play the didgeridoo, bush walk, body-surf in the ocean's waves, be in beautiful sexual and intimate spaces with my partner/lover, paint, sculpt, cook and bake, and sleep in on the weekends when I get a chance to do so! All in all, I love to live life to the full and have a wonderful fulfilling time.
