I have been meditating for over 30 years. During this time I have learned several meditation forms, or techniques. I teach and facilitate meditations that help to calm the mind, relax and heal the body, create access to ‘higher knowledge’, help with decision making and help people to be more present, focused, and conscious in their daily lives.
I have studied and worked with several meditation teachers for both my own personal meditation practice and for teaching and holding space for individuals and groups. I often use the Didgeridoo, Sound, and Nature in my meditation practice and teaching too.
If you are feeling stressed, anxious or over-worked or are struggling to get some quiet time, or me time, then come along in person, or join me online and learn to Meditate. Come and be guided by an expert and experienced meditation teacher and step into a nice quiet space that supports you to unwind, relax and connect with your body, mind, soul and spirit.
I teach online (Zoom) and by invitation to come to you for individual or group Meditation teaching.
Each meditation session goes for one hour. I also do meditation half day workshops.
