The 'Art of Conscious Group Facilitating' - Training Course is a combination of 3 days of 'LIVE' group training in Coomera, Queensland (on the Gold Coast), 6 weeks of group online training (once a week for 90 minutes), Facebook group page support and 6 x one hour (Zoom, Skype or phone) personal support sessions from me for up to 6 months.
You will learn many important insights and skills about creating and running workshops and training sessions. You will learn all about how to deliver content more authentically, how to tune into the group and each individual, how to deal with conflict or difficult situations, how to be good with timing and time management and how to stay focused, not be triggered and be in a place of non-judgement and non-reaction.
You will also learn some very important communication skills and how to create more than just an ordinary workshop or training session for the people that you work with.
