2018 is here. Are you ready to make it a fantastic year?
Blink, take a nap, or procrastinate, and before you know it, it will be over ...
A year can go by so quickly - it seems that 2017 was just a blip in time now when I look back. And although I achieved much, I know that I could have done more, and I could have done it a bit more consciously. I could have approached a few things in a different way that would have given me better results, less stress, more joy and a deeper sense of personal fulfillment.
I have just spent a few days contemplating all of this and have made a few 'tweaks' to my plans and visions for 2018 so that I can achieve a bit more personal fulfillment and joy. I have added a few more challenges, to my, already comprehensive list of daily, weekly and monthly routines to help me to be more focused and present in all that I do.
One of the things that I have done is to create a 100 Day Where Am 'I' Right Now? Journal that I can use to track by daily actions, thoughts, behaviours, successes and challenges. I also want to share the Journal with you.

I have complied a list of my visions, goals and wishes for 2018, written up a business plan, re-tweaked my websites, recommitted to my daily exercises and meditation and my three times a week yoga. I also still have my weekly Master-Mind meetings in place. This has been going strong for 7 years now.
So, I do feel that I am somewhat prepared for 2018 and ready to give it my best shot to make it more joyful, rewarding and purposeful. Part of this is to also widen my connection to people who would like to work with me to get them into a similar place too.
Each week I will be putting out a 'Blog' with messages, stories, insights and information to deepen these connections. I trust that if you read these blogs you will receive some benefits.
I really do look forward to sharing this with you each week.
